Patients apply to plastic surgeons with various complaints: excessively large nose, wide nose, arched nose, short nose, wide nostrils, crooked nose, low nasal tip…. I plan what can be done after the mutual meeting and in line with your expectations. During the interview, the general health status of the patients is also evaluated. Although there is no definite age limit, it is recommended to be 18 years old for men and 17 years old for women.
Nose aesthetic surgery can be performed with open or closed technique. In the open rhinoplasty technique, the incision is made in the middle of the nostrils, from the place we call "columella". There is an incision of about 4 mm under the nose. Since there is no visible area, patients generally do not complain about the scar. In closed rhinoplasty, incisions are made inside the nose, and no traces are seen from the outside.
Liposuction
Liposuction is the process of removing fat from your body with the help of special pipes. Liposuction is performed by various methods. In the traditional liposuction application, the fat is removed with the help of vacuum. The purpose of other methods is to break up or melt the fat using ultrasound waves and laser beams before vacuuming. However, each method has several advantages over the other. In other words, it cannot be said that this is the best for liposuction surgery.
Liposuction / liposuction is not a weight loss or slimming method, it is a body shaping surgery. It is best to thin the areas with excess fat locally with liposuction. If you do not have a health problem, if you are at a normal weight or if you have an excess of 5 to 7 kilos, or if you have fat accumulation especially in a certain area, if there has not been serious changes in your weight in the last 6 months, if you do not have sagging skin, you can be a good candidate for liposuction. Fat grafting, fat transfer or fat injection can be applied together or alone with butt aesthetic surgery. In fat transplant surgery; Excess fat in your body is removed by liposuction method, then it is prepared to be given back to your body with special techniques and transferred to the butt (hip) region. Fat injection is a very effective surgical method for patients who want to add volume to their hips. This operation has two benefits: first, removal of unwanted fat, and second, bringing a better appearance to the buttocks with these fats. In other words, two birds are hit with one stone, your butt will be in the shape and fullness you want while your waist gets thinner and your belly disappears. It is an operation to make the scars left after a previous surgery or injury less obvious by thinning. For this purpose, different surgical methods have been defined, the most appropriate surgical method is selected according to the needs of the patient and the location of the scar. When the scars are on the joints, they can also cause limitation in joint movements. In this case, the first aim of the procedure will be to improve joint movements.

Breast augmentation surgery; It replaces the already small volume loss or the volume loss that occurs after pregnancy and breastfeeding and increases your self-confidence. Postpartum breast reduction, sagging and loosening are recovered. The asymmetry between the two breasts is tried to be equalized. The goal of breast augmentation surgery is to provide a natural appearance as much as possible, taking into account your wishes. Breast augmentation is achieved by placing the silicone called prosthesis under the muscle.
The majority of patients focused only on enlarging their breasts. However, there are other factors that will affect the result besides size, such as the shape and size of the breasts, skin quality, amount of subcutaneous fat tissue, the location of the nipple, the size of the rib cage, the amount and shape of the sagging breasts. In other words, the method required for each patient is different, the size of the silicone breast prosthesis or the surgical method that fits someone else may not suit you.
Silicone prosthesis fills the breast skin, but cannot lift a sagging breast. In some cases, such as sagging breast tissue, breast augmentation surgery should be performed together with breast lift surgery.
Breast Lifting
Breast lift surgery can be performed without changing the breast size, or it can be performed by removing some breast tissue and skin. In cases where the breast skin is emptied, only the existing breast tissue is insufficient to provide the desired size and perpendicularity. In this case, it is necessary to perform a breast lift with silicone.

Neck Lift
The neck area is also affected by the aging process, as is the face area, but usually receives less attention. Over time, the healthy appearance of the neck begins to change; the borders become indistinct, the skin becomes loose and sagging. The cause of prominent ear is the absence or insufficient folds in the ear cartilages during development. Another reason is the overgrowth of the cartilage. In ear aesthetic surgery, excess cartilage is removed and necessary folds are created with stitches. The procedures for each patient are not the same. Individual assessment is required.

Patients with serious eye diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, eye disease due to hyperthyroidism are not good candidates for this surgery. Each patient's needs and expectations are different. For this reason, what will be done in the surgery is planned according to the person.
Do I need to stay in the hospital after eyelid surgery?
I prefer local anesthesia if only the upper eyelid is to be performed, and general anesthesia if it is to be performed on the lower eyelids. We recommend that patients receiving general anesthesia stay overnight. We allow our patients who were operated on with local anesthesia to go to their homes or hotels a few hours after the operation.
Abdominoplasty (Abdominal Lifting)
Abdominoplasty is a surgery to remove loose and excess skin in the abdomen caused by excessive weight loss, sagging after multiple pregnancies or due to advanced age. After tummy tuck surgery, not every patient will achieve the same. Our aim is to obtain the most accurate and natural result, taking into account your wishes. Therefore, the right surgical method for someone else may not be suitable for you. In addition, tummy tuck surgery is not a weight loss method.
There are two methods: full tummy tuck and mini tummy tuck. Patients with excess skin in the abdomen may be suitable candidates for tummy tuck surgery. In full tummy tuck surgery, excess skin tissue from the belly button to the genital area is completely removed, the remaining abdominal skin is stretched and sutured down, and a new belly button is created. At the same time, the loosened peritoneum is brought back to its original position with stitches. If necessary, the hips and genital area are shaped by liposuction (liposuction, oil pulling) method. With this surgery, only the skin and the excess fat under it can be removed, the fat under the peritoneum cannot be removed. After the operation, there is a scar in the form of a thin line in the lower part of the abdomen. Mini tummy tuck surgery is suitable for a small group of patients with less and more localized abdominal skin excess. In this method, the belly button is left in place.
